Red Arrows Advisory was founded in 2024 to help leaders and organisations overcome challenges, create value and unlock growth with confidence.

I bring CFO and coaching experience across Asia, Europe and the USA, working with leaders, start-ups, family offices, and non-profit organisations. My approach is practical, values-led and tailored to each client - with a healthy sense of fun along the way.

Born in Hong Kong and shaped by 20 years overseas, mainly in the UK, my international and multi-industry perspective helps me to adapt quickly, build trust and deliver value.
