About Hudson

I founded Red Arrows Advisory in 2024 to help leaders and organisations overcome challenges, create value and grow with confidence.

I am a Fellow of CIMA and an ICF member, with CFO and coaching experience across Asia Pacific, Europe and the USA - working with leaders, start-ups, family offices and non-profits.

My approach is practical, values-led and tailored to each client - with a healthy sense of fun along the way.

Born in Hong Kong and shaped by 20 years overseas, mainly in the UK, my international and multi-industry perspective helps me to adapt quickly, build trust and deliver value.
